2. Permissions Requested by the App
To provide its full functionality, the Vintage Torch app requests the following permissions:
Camera (Flashlight Access): This permission is required to access and control your device's camera flash (LED light). The App uses this permission solely to function as a flashlight and for the SOS feature. We do not access, view, record, or store any images or videos from your camera.
Write System Settings: This permission is requested for the screen brightness control feature (ColorPicker). It allows the App to modify your device's screen brightness level based on your input from the slider. The App only changes this setting when you interact with the brightness control and does not read or modify any other system settings.
3. How We Use Information
The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
To Provide and Maintain the App: To enable the core flashlight, SOS, and screen brightness features.
To Display Advertisements: To support the App's development and keep it free for users, we display ads through Google AdMob.
4. Third-Party Services
The only third-party service integrated into our App is:
Google AdMob: An advertising service provided by Google Inc. AdMob helps us generate revenue to support the App. We encourage you to review their privacy policy to understand how they handle data.
